Warm and professional welcome. Remarkable food. Very friendly atmosphere. What more could you ask for? Located in the heart of Limoux.

The menu du jour was excellent. We loved the cod croquette and the Iberia Porc was delicious. The fish was fantastic cooked to perfection and the balance of the flavours demonstrates that the chef really loves fish. The service was impeccable with a wine list that was broad but not overwhelming. We have been going for several years now and today we thought it was the best meal to date! Thank you chef !
