At the table, I didn't see the salt and pepper. I thought to myself, "This isn't a good start." But the dishes were so well-balanced that I didn't need them. It was a delight from beginning to end. The wines paired perfectly with the food. Thank you, Marie, for your service and your smile. See you next year, don't change a thing! We returned in 2026, and the prices had increased drastically. We ordered à la carte; the quail was too salty and the cod overcooked. It's a shame, we won't be going back.

L'Odalisque is a gem in Limoux. The cuisine is original, refined, and perfectly executed, with delicately flavored dishes that reveal true precision. The Breton chef's inspiration shines through in his ability to offer cuisine that is at once subtle, elegant, and authentic. A truly wonderful restaurant where creativity and finesse meet in a charming setting.

As always, excellent from start to finish. Not a single flaw. The dishes: visually stunning and exquisitely flavorful, very refined. The restaurant's ambiance is lovely. The staff is top-notch, attentive yet discreet, with a warm welcome. We always return with great pleasure.
