Birthday celebration that day! Excellent Alsatian cuisine... we return regularly; any occasion is perfect (family meals, business seminars, etc.). The welcome is warm and attentive. Special mention for the VT (a local specialty) served as an aperitif, which also pairs well with TF (a local specialty) or other regional specialties.

The food was excellent, well-presented and generous. The waiters were pleasant and smiling. The only downside was the noise when the restaurant was full; otherwise, we had a lovely time and we'll be back.

An authentic Alsatian cuisine, the service is fast, attentive and friendly, the atmosphere and the decor are warm and cozy. It is lively and busy, but this is the ransom of quality. It was recommended to me and I do not regret my experience at all, quite the opposite: next time I go to Alsace, it will be on my to-go list!

There were two of us, and we were seated right in the middle of the room, next to a table of 10 people, all very noisy—a real ordeal. This didn't detract from the quality of the food (pike-perch with Riesling), which was exquisite. It's a shame about the atmosphere; I'll definitely come back, but not as a couple.

I didn't know La Dime had become a fast food restaurant. In fact, the main course we ordered arrived one minute after our drinks were served. That's not normal.

It was a great find. The staff is really top-notch, a pleasant and very smiley waitress. All the dishes were delicious. Just a small suggestion: if you could add a tiny green onion with the braised ham hock, that would be perfect. The service was quick, and even though we were a group of six friends, they gave us time to chat without any pressure (no pressure at all). 👍👍

16/01/2026: We were fortunate enough to discover Thierry Schwartz's restaurant during the holiday season, a moment made all the more precious as my parents had come especially from Ukraine to spend the holidays with us. Everything was absolutely remarkable: the finesse of the dishes, the perfect balance of flavors, the respect for the ingredients, and that emotion one feels when cuisine is sincere and heartfelt. Each plate told a story, with great skill but above all, with a great deal of soul. The welcome and service were on par with the cuisine: warm, attentive, without ever being intrusive. We experienced a timeless moment, one that my parents will cherish for a long time. A rare, genuine, and profoundly human gastronomic experience. Thank you for this unforgettable memory.
02/01/2026: Perfect!!! A truly delightful experience in every way. A genuine Michelin-starred restaurant that lived up to our expectations. The service was impeccable, the setting elegant with its use of fine materials, and the intimate atmosphere was warm and inviting with the fireplace. The cuisine was refined, showcasing the best of local produce. Don't miss the Maréchal des Contades pâté... a delight!!! We Normans will be back; this is a must-visit for us! Thank you all!
