Five of us were there on our motorbikes in June 2025. The location is fantastic, up on the Markstein. The rooms are simple but clean, only the showers are a bit too small for overweight people. The breakfast was continental, with everything included. The half-board dinner was excellent, always at least three courses, regional specialties. Everything was delicious, but not for people who only know schnitzel. The girls in the service were amazing, incredibly nice, helpful, and approachable. The only downside: the bar always closed around 9:00 PM. But then we were refreshed in the morning, which was OK.
I think we'll be back.
