The food is pretty good and the prices are fair. Customer service, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired. Not a smile, the waiter doesn't even look you in the eyes when he talks to you and so on.
Too bad, this restaurant has potential.
I was a regular costumer but lately price increased and quality and portions became smaller. I go from time to time but unfortunately not what it was 2 years ago … dommage
En visite aux JO, nous sommes tombés par hasard sur le Rimal.
Terrasse en bordure de trottoir, mais pas de circulation grâce aux JO! Patron aux petits soins, mes 5 amis sont tous du même avis : super bon, trop mangé!
Au vu des commentaires précédents, soit le patron a changé, soit … nous sommes trop faciles à satisfaire !
Very extensive menu, unfortunately the food was mediocre, as was the service. Interestingly, it was probably the only restaurant in Paris where we were not given water to drink.
Authentic Lebanese dishes, freshly prepared, attractively presented blends of textures, colours and flavours. Extensive list of wines and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Service is welcoming, knowledgeable and highly customer-service responsive.
