Royal Lounge sur Pau

I went to this hotel through a weekendesk gift Pleasant and welcoming staff But a real lack of clarity in their explanations: they do not check your file and do not take the gift into account to such an extent that when we left they wanted to invoice us for the sum of €171. I asked them if it was normal even though it was basically a gift. So the reception staff started to check, a controller arrived even though I hadn't noticed that they had called. In the end I only had to pay €23.50. Really disappointed with this attitude, it's not worthy of a 5 star.

Magnificent hotel with great services and an impeccable welcome!

Very satisfied with the services of the hotel. Pleasant location, hotel on a human scale. Errors on certain services but nothing too bad. The reception responds quickly if necessary. The spa needs a little refresh of its look, we can see that it is getting old but remains pleasant. The hotel is in a modern style, close to the city center. The bedding is of good quality and generally so is the rest. I will come back with pleasure.

Lovely staff, impeccable hotel, well equipped and comfortable. We had dinner at the gourmet restaurant which was exceptional. A very nice discovery!

I absolutely love this hotel. Make sure to take the rooms with a view on the park if budget allows. Food is solid no thrill great quality French cuisine Service is impeccable and courteous I go there regularly and will keep going for years

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are always very clean, the service is excellent and the restaurants are very good. Good food, good service. The last time I was there I left my phone charger in the room and when I called to check, they had retrieved it for me and I just received it at home (in Switzerland) without any charge. That is what I call excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend this hotel.
