After 9 months of abstinence, I finally had the joy of being able to eat sushi again. And obviously it was Samurai Sushi that we ordered. The best in Besançon by far!
Highly recommended restaurant for sushi lovers. Very friendly and particularly attentive staff. The food was delicious and had a large selection. The ambience in the restaurant is modern and well-kept. Always worth a visit.
A discovery for us but we will definitely come back! From the setting, to the speed of service, through the kindness of the hosts and of course not forgetting the more than excellent cuisine, everything was perfect! A treat for the palate and a real pleasure to have a meal in this place!

Excellent restaurant asiatique ! une cuisine maison, variée et avec des recettes originales !
La cheffe était seule en cuisine le jour où nous sommes arrivés de la gare, sans réservation, mais nous avons même moins attendu que le propriétaire (?) en salle nous avait annoncé. Aucun regret, nous avons bien fait d'attendre c'était excellent pour un prix très raisonnable.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
