Impression mitigée lors de ma visite malgré la qualité incontestable des plats et les prix non excessifs pour la qualité, contrairement à bien d'autres restaurants italiens. Le service est rapide et souriant. Malheureusement, le restaurant n'a pas été rénové avec la reprise par le nouveau propriétaire, ce qui n'est pas négatif en soi, mais ce soir-là il n'y avait aucune ambiance, le restaurant était quasiment vide (un samedi soir), et surtout j'ai été choquée d'entendre de la musique rap (!) provenant de la cuisine ouverte : incompréhensible, pour ne pas dire inadmissible, pour un restaurant d'un certain niveau... à méditer !

30/03/2024: My visit to Guise Trattoria in Paris was a delightful culinary adventure. The pizza was absolutely delicious, featuring a perfect crust and just the right balance of toppings. However, it was the gnocchi that stole the show - each bite was heavenly, making it a dish I'll remember for a long time. Service throughout our meal was commendable, with attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Although there was a small hiccup when my son's request for a second Coke Zero was overlooked, the overall quality of food and the warm atmosphere more than made up for this minor oversight. Guise Trattoria has proven to be a standout choice for those craving authentic Italian cuisine in the heart of Paris.
