No wait at all, I was served very quickly. It was crowded and not very spacious, so the atmosphere wasn't exactly relaxing, but the food was good and reasonably priced.
When you have a dairy intolerance, restaurants like these are a lifesaver in a place like Paris.

This is a little gem of a hold in the wall, serving delicious freshly made udon in many styles. The lines are long, but go fast and are well worth the wait!

The first time I ordered the fried chicken and scrambled egg udon noodles, they were delicious! The second time I ordered the beef udon noodles, which were also tasty but a bit bland.

I came here both on weekday and weekend about 7pm, the line was long and I had to wait for 30 minutes. However, the food was deserved to be waited for, the noodle was chewy and the broth was perfect.

My friend said it was the best restaurant of their life, but to me, it just tasted like the broth from Saengsaeng Udon haha. Still, the fried shrimp and burdock root rice were delicious.
However, I wouldn't recommend the pork cutlet because it was way too dry.
I sat at the bar, and it was a bit memorable to see them constantly putting rice in and taking it out to ensure the correct portion size...
It's decent enough to visit, but I recommend going right when they open so you don't have to wait too long.
