Top-notch Mediterranean cooking classes. There were only 4 of us with the chef, perfect for discovering new cooking techniques & flavor combinations. Good mood & good atmosphere. A great moment of relaxation around good products.

my sister and I participated in a cooking workshop on the Mediterranean menu theme on March 9, 2024. The welcome and the very friendly atmosphere. What was our surprise to prepare beautiful tomatoes and raspberries certainly but in March whereas previously, the chef explained to us that he was organizing a seminar on organic and seasonal products. Cooking the fish in original and good oil is the only advantage of a menu that is a little too simple and without any particular flavor. The preparation of the ingredients was appreciated. thanking you for your welcome.

Visit to the Sapio establishment for a cooking class on Saint-Jacques: an enriching and pleasant experience. Recommended! If you take the 4 p.m. schedule, you will not have a meal on site and you will leave with your creations, but conversely you will be able to see more things. :)

We participated in a cooking workshop to make a piece of veal accompanied by a mushroom risotto and a chocolate fondant. We really liked the friendly and informative atmosphere set up by Maxime, our chef/teacher. Arriving home with our dishes, we enjoyed ourselves!

16/12/2024: I like La Cigale because it is a magnificent place, I find the stimulating atmosphere of the brasserie there, the servers are friendly and attentive, the cuisine without being very sophisticated, haute cuisine style, is a mix between tradition and creativity around local seasonal products: the food is very good, very fresh and the wine list is to match. It is also the emblematic place to take non-Nantes residents to impress them. It's an unforgettable moment for them, especially if you offer them the very well-written book on La Cigale to deepen their experience.
16/12/2024: A very beautiful place! The decor takes us into a moment between parentheses for a sweet break. Warm welcome and very pleasant service.
