A fantastic sushi and maki class with a chef who shares his culinary knowledge with good humor and passion. A truly wonderful class, just the way we like it, full of tips and tricks, and full of enthusiasm. Thank you for this great experience. The maki and sushi were exquisite.

We participated in a cooking class with colleagues (12 of us) led by Chef Jérôme Bourgeois. Everything was well-prepared, and the space was perfect for everyone to participate together. The pace and the fact that we prepared and sent out our own dishes was very enjoyable; we had a great time. Thank you!

A warm welcome. A chef who gave excellent advice; I had a wonderful afternoon. I highly recommend it, and we even left with enough to eat for dinner. Thank you, Chef, and thank you to the group who were very friendly. There were six of us.

22/01/2026: A very warm welcome, pleasant and quick service. The lasagna was delicious and served piping hot. A slight disappointment with the chocolate cream with Espelette pepper, which was very spicy... we usually enjoy that kind of heat, but frankly, apart from that, we highly recommend it. All the best.
16/12/2025: It was a very pleasant time. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The brasserie atmosphere was excellent.

15/03/2026: First time at this restaurant today! The brunch was delicious and plentiful. Varied selection. A great find! It's fantastic being on the banks of the Loire. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!
