A nice place to have a drink or a meal with a lovely view of part of the castle and pleasant, attentive service.

Fantastic welcome. The staff were incredibly attentive. The restaurant is a little out of the way in the city, which avoids the constant hustle and bustle and provides a bit of peace and quiet. The food was excellent. The Caesar salad was superb and the cassoulet delicious. Go without hesitation!

We had a fantastic meal here - it’s v difficult to find vegan food in south of France. Rest of family had fish which they say was delicious. The wine - house red and white was marvellous! And the setting - stunning!

A restaurant slightly removed from the crowds, with a view of the castle and ramparts, the perfect location for a successful lunch in the Cité de Carcassonne. Good food and professional, friendly, and quick service, which isn't always the case in very touristy places. Well done.

01/10/2026: Really nice set lunch in September 2026, 3 course 19 euros Onion soup was on the bland side though. Cream sauce on the chicken was outstanding
