A very good experience at a lovely restaurant, a little further out than the others, but excellent quality. A set menu for 19 euros (starter, main course, dessert). The cassoulet was very tasty, and the meat practically fell off the bone. A warm welcome. I recommend it for a reasonable price.

When you arrive at the restaurant, don't be put off by the touristy aesthetic or the lack of attention to detail: dull silverware, unironed table runners... they have the best cassoulet in Carcassonne, and their food is generally very good. The waiter is professional and very friendly, and he speaks Spanish. Reservations are necessary because it gets busy. Highly recommended.

If you're visiting the medieval city of Carcassonne, don't hesitate to stop at this restaurant. The prices are attractive, the quality is excellent, the service is very welcoming, and the food is delicious and everything is homemade. The cassoulet is particularly good. If you're hesitating between different places to eat in the city, definitely choose this restaurant; you won't be disappointed. Try the chocolate mousse for dessert—it's fantastic!

This is our second visit and we enjoyed it just as much as the first.

A very nice restaurant where we enjoyed a truly excellent cassoulet.
Having come to this establishment on the recommendation of a local host, we were not disappointed. The manager is very welcoming and offered excellent wine recommendations. If you have the opportunity to visit the city of Carcassonne, make a detour to this restaurant; you won't be disappointed.
