This restaurant was a huge disappointment. We were looking for a place that wasn't a tourist trap, and we missed the mark.
The food was ordinary and rather bland. The cassoulet was decent, and the desserts were quite good.
The welcome was cold.
In short, it's not a place where you feel any desire to pamper and delight a customer. Just to feed them. I'm giving it 3 stars because it fulfilled its basic requirements, but we had hoped for better.

A lovely restaurant I stumbled upon. The staff were very friendly and didn't hesitate to welcome us for a meal even though we arrived after service had ended. They even let us try their traditional cassoulet, which was delicious and plentiful. The prices were very reasonable; I highly recommend this restaurant.

A warm welcome from the team and pleasant interaction throughout the service. Excellent value for money, a well-balanced menu. The cassoulet wasn't too greasy and the portion was just right. The glass of wine was well-chosen to accompany the dish. For dessert, the chocolate mousse or caramelized apple were delicious. A great place to eat.

We were served very quickly by very welcoming staff. The food was good, especially considering the three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) was under €20. The sangria was slightly too strong, but we simply diluted it. Thanks again!

Exceptional service (even with late requests), high-quality cuisine (everything is homemade and delicious!), superb view and lovely atmosphere... Clearly the best restaurant in town :)

Delicious, local, homemade cuisine by Fred, a very attentive chef, accessible in an open kitchen setting, and served by a team that goes the extra mile. Special mention to Jefferson. In short, a gem away from the hustle and bustle, at the foot of the ramparts, on Place St Jean. Go for it!

Excellent, hearty local meal at reasonable prices. The staff were very friendly and professional, readily sharing anecdotes about their city. They were all very kind and welcoming to our children.
