Today August 2 with a friend, our meal was excellent. The people who served us were very cheerful and pleasant. We had a free glass of champagne because soon they will be hosting in another area.. I live in Lyon but I will come back with pleasure.

The food is always just as good, well presented. The staff is very pleasant with attentive but not stuffy service. We'll come back.

A very good restaurant in Bourg-en-Bresse, I recommend it 100%! From the service to the food, everything is excellent. The manager is very pleasant and smiling. In terms of value for money, nothing to complain about. We had lunch at midday and opted for a 3-course menu for €29. From appetizers to treats, everything is very well prepared and thought out, especially since all the products are local, even the drinks!

We chose the 6-course service with food and wine pairing. Everything was perfect, beautiful, excellent. Original flavors to delight the taste buds. A perfectly executed service. In addition to the 6 dishes we had appetizers to start and sweets to finish. I recommend this restaurant with good value for money.

Without a doubt my favorite restaurant. And what joy that Bourg en Bresse benefits from it. No menu here, only the list of producers from which Scratch sources its supplies. First good point. Everything is local and seasonal. The owners attach great importance to the ecological impact of their kitchen. It's rare that it's so clear and what a joy. Even before eating I am already won over. But after tasting all that, it's a shock. I have rarely had such a great taste explosion in my life as here, every little food is cooked to perfection. The service presents the dishes perfectly and the cozy atmosphere is perfect. Scratch alone is a reason to come to Bourg en Bresse. Along with the Brou church, it is undoubtedly the most beautiful thing in the city.

Very nice discovery of inventive dishes, beautiful presentations, smiling welcome, interesting food and wine pairing. We go from surprise to surprise. Only happiness, thank you.

On choisit pas..c'est la surprise On a pris 4 plats très raffinés.. Délicieux Ça paraît peu dans les assiettes mais au final ça suffit Je recommande vivement

Nous avons déjeuné ce midi, repas exceptionnel. C’est la troisième fois où nous nous y rendons et nous ne sommes pas déçu et même à chaque fois en admiration. Le personnel est très agréable, il nous fait partager leur passion et leur savoir faire avec le sourire et la bonne humeur! Merci
