A surprising experience where poetry and the delicacy of the dishes blend together.
The staff is very attentive and responsive, the dining room is quiet, allowing for a peaceful conversation with my husband. We're not used to this type of restaurant (it was a gift), but we enjoyed this sensory experience.

It was in June 2024. What a shame! The dishes weren't all equally good. Some had subtle flavors, but the presentation was minimalist to the point of absurdity, like the blue lobster at the end of the plate and the rather bland half-tart. I was disappointed by the wines from "small" producers...organic wines would be better offered as part of the restaurant's tasting menu. All the best nonetheless.

A wonderful discovery!
Everything was perfect: the welcome, the restaurant's decor, the ambiance, the staff, the wine recommendations, and the surprise menu. The dishes were beautiful and incredibly flavorful! I can't wait to go back!

A truly wonderful experience. The welcome, the service, and the meal were all excellent. The waitstaff were incredibly attentive and conveyed their passion simply through the names of the dishes. We opted for the "Le 6" menu. Every dish we were served was delicious and perfectly balanced—generous, refined, and delicate all at once. As we told the waitstaff, we will definitely be back.
