Sénéquier sur Saint-Tropez

Sénéquier has been part of our Saint-Tropez routine for as long as we have had our house nearby. Coffee here early in the morning, before the port fills up, is one of those simple things that never gets old. The nougat and the pastries are consistently good and worth taking home. The terrace directly on the quai gives you an unobstructed view of the boats, which is exactly what you want. Service can be stretched during peak season but the staff handle it well. An address that has lasted for good reason.

I don't understand the negative comments. The location is fantastic, so the prices are naturally a bit higher – but the quality was top-notch! The only slight drawback I see is that I wasn't allowed to drink alcohol that day for personal reasons, and my husband didn't want to get drunk at 6 p.m. Despite this, we felt the waiter was trying to push a bottle of wine on us. This dampened the mood a bit because it made us feel uncomfortable.

“I went to Sénéquier in Saint-Tropez. As a waitress by trade, frankly, for such a well-known restaurant, the fries were disappointing—frozen and really not good. You can tell you're paying for the location and the reputation.” What a shame.

Wow this place is pretty expensive!!! Two salads, a bowl of pasta and two drinks 200 euros!!! NOT FOR LITTLE POCKETS READ THE MENU..RHERE IS 3000 EURO BOTTLES OF WINE AND CHAMPAGNE

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Legendary port experience! You can't visit Saint-Tropez and miss the iconic red tables of Sénéquier. This is not just a place, but an institution with an incredible history. The best place to watch the port and the passing yachts. The atmosphere is unique, especially at sunset. Be sure to try their famous white nougat and the traditional Tarte Tropézienne - the taste is fantastic! The coffee and cocktails are also top-notch. Service: Despite the huge flow of people, the staff is organized, polite and acts extremely quickly. We will definitely come back again! ☕️🇫🇷 Greetings from Bulgaria! 🇧🇬

We had a wonderful time at Sénéquier! We came for a drink and a Tropézienne tart, which was delicious. The service was quick, the staff welcoming, and the atmosphere very pleasant. A special mention also goes to the cleaning lady, who was incredibly kind. The establishment was impeccably maintained, and she was truly lovely, always smiling, and very professional. Her work deserves recognition, because the people who work behind the scenes are just as important in making the experience enjoyable. Thank you to her for her kindness and professionalism ❤️

Mixed feelings. There were three of us for drinks in the late afternoon. On the plus side: an iconic Saint-Tropez spot, a must-visit if you're in the area, beautiful views of the yachts, and friendly, high-quality table service. On the downside: prices reflect the establishment's reputation and the wealth of its clientele, but that's to be expected. For example, expect to pay €11 for a half-pint of beer (€22 for a pint), and €9.50 for a bottle of Vittel. What bothered me most was the (mandatory) seating arrangement, which seemed quite clearly discriminatory and arbitrary. We weren't particularly well-dressed or wearing expensive accessories for the occasion and were given (without any choice) only a table on the side, far from the "desired" area, at the front of the terrace. While other customers, with their outward signs of wealth prominently displayed, who were also there for a drink, received equally attentive service: “Would you like the terrace? A table in the sun? Etc., etc.” Apparently, clothes don't make the man…

A moment suspended in time! This place is magical! I highly recommend the incredible Pavlova! The service is excellent. Thank you for your hospitality.
