A very nice restaurant and also very good! The dishes are fresh and original: today for example it was fresh anchovies which I had never eaten before and it was delicious! Thanks also to the waitress who is very attentive, I recommend!

Coming for an afterwork, we shared two very hearty and delicious starters. The white wine was perfect. Very good choice of wine and fresh, local products. I'll be back.

We had dinner at Madame Simone with my husband and daughter. Nice place. We ate well. Filet Mignon and haddock fish. Reasonable price quality

Service too long, starter 11 euros for an egg and 1 asparagus, I said just one asparagus... I don't know the other restaurants in Narbonne but I think there are certainly better.

25/08/2024: Restaurant type, brasserie, mais qui a du charme. Ce n'est pas à proprement dit un gastronomique mais au regard du monde qu'il important qu'il peut y avoir sur la terrasse le service est plutôt efficace et le contenu dans les assiettes très correct. De plus, le rapport qualité prix reste relativement attractif.
17/08/2024: Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver dans le centre de Narbonne (pas très accueillant et vétuste) un restaurant digne de ce nom. Finalement sur recommandation d'une commerçante nous sommes arrivés à Chambourlettes. Nous avons très bien mangé. Bravo au chef ! Très bon accueil. Serveurs et serveuse très professionnels et sympathiques. Produits frais et belle présentation des plats. Menu à 30 euros parfait. Nous reviendrons encore et encore.
