The food is excellent. The atmosphere and the servers are welcoming. One small drawback: the food takes a while to arrive, probably because everything is homemade!

I had a vegetarian dish, it was simply delicious! The service was also very friendly 😊 My only slight complaint is the portion size, which wasn't quite enough for my appetite 😢

Delicious and authentic Lebanese dishes. A feast for the eyes and the palate. We thoroughly enjoyed it...THANK YOU. Perfect for a business lunch, a friendly get-together, or a family meal.

We had a wonderful evening. There were 20 of us and the meal was excellent. The dishes were generous and very refined. The service and welcome were wonderful. I highly recommend it. We will be back for a meal for two or with friends. Thank you!!

Solemar is very known in Lebanon. It is very clean and there are so many people who service this place. Strict rules but kind people. My chalet has an amazing view, (i do not know if all the chalets have the same view).

22/02/2026: I was there for a Sunday lunch. The atmosphere is immersive and you feel really like you were in Morocco. The lights are soft and even if we were sharing the table with other people, the seats were comfortable and spaced enough from each other to preserve privacy. The food was really good: from the starters, the olives, the focaccia bread and the lentil soup were all excellent. Then we took the slow-cooked lamb and the chicken with pears. Both meats were excellents. Every dish had a lot of character and strong identity. We appreciated everything. Totally recommended!
09/02/2026: Beautiful ambience with well executed decor and lighting. Truly transports you to a different place. Service was kind and efficient.
