Spirit de Briançon sur Briancon

An intimate place in Fort Vauban in Briancon, on the square of the magnificent church with two bell towers. Vaulted room, stone walls, wood stove...a cozy atmosphere to enjoy a chocolate or a Liège coffee, a hot apple juice with spices, a grog. Bar & tea room and also restaurant that we were not able to experience. As the fort is pedestrianized, you cannot come by car. Park outside the Citadel.

Nice restaurant, good atmosphere

A story of donkey ears... my attention was drawn to this recipe mentioned at the park house that morning. I discovered that this restaurant offers it on its menu. I tried the experiment and it made me happy! Great welcome, great service and very good products. Excellent evening spent at Spirit Briançon. I highly recommend!

Very good time. Pleasant terrace in the shade. Yes we wait a bit but we are on vacation so you have to take your time! Great service, friendly waiter. Good cooking. Delicious ice cream. I recommend.

Very nice address! The setting is very pretty in the old town. The service is impeccable, we were very well received and advised. The dishes are excellent with very good products. You will not be disappointed!

Really smiling service, great raclette and a reasonable slate

Friendly welcome but bland cuisine and a little expensive for the products presented. The pasta is fresh but overcooked, the pesto very dry, the fries full of oil. On the other hand, the location is really nice, the servers are funny and attentive.
