A story of donkey ears... my attention was drawn to this recipe mentioned at the park house that morning. I discovered that this restaurant offers it on its menu. I tried the experiment and it made me happy! Great welcome, great service and very good products. Excellent evening spent at Spirit Briançon. I highly recommend!

Very good time. Pleasant terrace in the shade. Yes we wait a bit but we are on vacation so you have to take your time! Great service, friendly waiter. Good cooking. Delicious ice cream. I recommend.

Very nice address! The setting is very pretty in the old town. The service is impeccable, we were very well received and advised. The dishes are excellent with very good products. You will not be disappointed!

Friendly welcome but bland cuisine and a little expensive for the products presented. The pasta is fresh but overcooked, the pesto very dry, the fries full of oil. On the other hand, the location is really nice, the servers are funny and attentive.

Restaurant located in the heart of the old town of Briancon. Very friendly welcome, the cuisine is prepared with fresh products and there are typical plastics. The room service is very fast and efficient. We had a pleasant time. Price-wise, it’s reasonable. To do without hesitation.

Hôtel de la Chaussée Restaurant

09/09/2024: Good hotel with closed parking. Ideal for motorcycles. Room and bathroom small but manageable. Everything made of wood in the old style. Don't expect any modern fuss.
13/08/2024: We took a loft for one night, it was a great experience! Very beautiful mountain decoration, clean, good bedding, and good insulation, both in terms of heat and noise!! Very good location for visiting Briançon on foot. As a bonus, a very pleasant welcome from the manager, and a very good breakfast: hot chocolate with real milk and fried eggs on request are great! We will not hesitate to return to this hotel for our next visit to the region.

08/09/2024: Very good pizzas, made following the best rules, neither too thin nor too thick, with quality toppings, served friendly and efficiently. Ah if I only knew a piizeria of this quality in the area where I live!!!
04/09/2024: Nice place and friendly staff. Very good pizza. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the place closes at 10.30 and we had to finish in a bit of a hurry. However, recommended place.
