Spirit de Briançon sur Briancon

All the restaurants were full, the only one who offered to take our number and call us back as soon as a table was free. They kept their word, despite the very large crowd, an impeccable welcome, the smiling and very dynamic staff were truly top-notch. Their food was excellent for us, a hot box, a treat. Bravo to this whole team, they deserve credit.

Very pleasant terrace, charming staff, simple but careful cuisine. Delicious fresh fries. I also recommend the homemade lemonade and iced tea.
