This team is amazing! Even when it gets super busy, they never lose their smiles, deliver great service, and truly look out for each other.

Very good. Friendly and pleasant staff, a breath of fresh air. The layout of the room doesn't create a relaxing and calm atmosphere, which is a shame; the tables are too close together and in the passageway, offering little privacy.

We were there yesterday and would especially like to thank the young lady who served us very competently in English. She was very, very friendly! 👍🙂

Starbucks ☕ 18 Boulevard Montmartre, near the Richelieu–Drouot metro station. A true oasis in the middle of a heatwave. The welcome was very warm, and the staff were particularly friendly, attentive, and kind. The air conditioning was set to the perfect temperature, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and the establishment was impeccably clean, including the restrooms. The coffee was also excellent. In such a bustling area of ​​Paris, it's truly an excellent place to take a break, refresh yourself, and recharge before continuing your day.

I want to thank the employees of this Starbucks for their warm welcome and excellent service! I've been coming every morning before work for almost two years now, and it's always been a pleasure to be greeted by smiling, friendly people who remember your name as soon as you walk in the door! In particular, one of the employees (I won't say her name to avoid any trouble, but she'll know who she is) gave me two pastries with my drink today because, while chatting, I mentioned that I was moving from Paris and that this was my last visit. I found this gesture very thoughtful and kind. Thank you again!
