The sandwich is very good and the ingredients are fresh, no doubt about it. However, they only put about a third of the "standard" amount of chicken in the sandwich. It's practically just a thin layer of chicken on top of the sandwich…

Your bread is getting really disgusting. It's a shame: it used to be good.

The food was very good, made with quality ingredients. Hygiene standards seemed to be met. The portions are extremely generous, so be aware of that. But for the price, it's excellent (€13.50 per plate). We were served quickly. However, the dining room is not air-conditioned at all (contrary to what they advertise), so it's very, very hot and unpleasant. The music is also quite loud, which wasn't pleasant either.

The surprises were incredible, truly excellent and delightful. The staff are incredibly kind, pleasant, and always smiling, which makes the customer experience absolutely top-notch.
