The best Starbucks for me and the one in the halls next to the UGC cinema 🤩 it is very large and very quiet! Ideal for revising! A motivated and productive staff, which makes the place really welcoming 🔥 I always have the same thing, the salmon club sandwich with a white mocha, then in terms of cake I change each time. All for a suitable price and exquisite taste.

There are four Starbucks at the Westfield Forum des Halles: a lounge which opened on 07/16/2024 at 1 Passage de La Canopée, outside, a small counter only selling take-out next to the Tamaris store, at a few steps from the main entrance of the FNAC, a lounge located opposite the swimming pool, next to the UGC Ciné Cité Les Halles, and another lounge located opposite one of the accesses to the gallery of the station RER Châtelet-Les Halles. The one we frequent regularly is the one next to the swimming pool and the cinema and we are always well received there. The only problem is that given its success, it is very often crowded and it is therefore difficult to find a place to sit there. We had the pleasant surprise this 07/25/2024 of being able to settle in there without any problem for a quick lunch. Nice welcome, my frozen mango dragon fruit with coconut milk was creamy and iced as desired and my crunchy croque served on a real plate and with real cutlery (a very nice plus). I was disappointed, however, by the pistachio cake that I bought for the first time and which I found quite dry and whose white "cap" is in my opinion far too sweet and completely superfluous. We had a pleasant time in this Starbucks lounge and will happily return

Finally a Starbucks in France that has sugar-free syrups. Looks cool. Coffee was good.

Un autre Starbucks a ouvert au coeur du Westfield Forum des Halles à côté de Tamaris, côté sortie Porte Lescot, mais il est plus petit que celui de la Place de La Rotonde et avec des horaires d’ouverture moins étendus, ce qui nous incite fortement à rester fidèle à ce dernier que nous fréquentons depuis de nombreuses années. C’est donc au grand Starbucks situé face à la piscine que nous venons déguster nous cafés et boissons gourmandes lors de nos passage au Westfield Forum des Halles. J’ai testé une des nouveautés du moment, le Créme Brûlée Shaken Expresso : un délice ! Mon ami a pris un Dragon Mango Conconut et a beaucoup apprécié également. Nous avons pu trouver assez facilement une place assise, face au comptoir, contrairement à d’habitude, et étions donc confortablement installés. Pendant que nous étions présents, les tables qui se libéraient étaient débarrassées et nettoyées immédiatement. L’équipe présente était accueillante et souriante.

Super warm setting and atmosphere, I had a very good experience with Barista Ibrahima (he has a smile and loves his job) who in addition to my Caramel Machiato made me taste something new, crème brûlée. Honestly, it’s a good one!

The prices remain quite high, it's still Starbucks but the drinks are pretty good: after all, the matcha is of low quality so it's better to order it with 1 or even 2 vanilla supplements to break the bitterness and the grassy taste. There are a lot of classic and USB sockets which are perfect for working on site but as we are in a chatelet, we should really think about setting up a security guard once and for all to avoid beggars/Roma/ homeless people constantly come to beg you for money in the cafe while you eat, we should have the right to consume on site without being constantly hassled for money: we don't feel safe and not at peace to consume on site , it's a shame... The big negative points are also the fact that when we collect our order at the counter, we are not given napkins and there are none available in the dining room, no tray systematically even when it is necessary, the tables are almost always very dirty because the room service is non-existent: I had to see 1 employee pass by once every 3Omin which is insufficient given the flow of customers during the day and especially on weekends, and you have to try to grab one of the employees and ask him to clean his table every time. And then, I don't understand the principle of 1 hour of connection for wifi??? I would also have hoped that there would be toilets after these many months of work... And not to mention the after-sales service which does not respond to any emails in the event of complaints or problems with the Starbucks application.

The Cookies and Cream Cake was very good!
