15/02/2026: This coffee bar is ideally located in District 1, within walking distance of many museums and commercial areas. After spending hours exploring nearby cultural attractions or browsing shops, it’s an excellent place to take a break, recharge, and enjoy some sunshine. The outdoor seating area is particularly appealing, offering a comfortable spot to sit back, relax, and soak up the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood. It’s the kind of place where you can rest your feet, sip on a drink, and watch the city move around you.
That said, the café can get quite busy, especially during peak hours. With the high volume of customers, service may occasionally feel rushed. In fact, there is a chance that the staff might make small mistakes, such as charging the wrong amount on the bill. It would be wise to double-check your receipt before paying to ensure everything is accurate.
As for the food, the fried items were unfortunately overcooked and a bit too dry. However, the sauces served alongside them were surprisingly good. They seemed to be prepared in advance, likely with a well-balanced recipe, as the flavors were rich and satisfying. The sauces definitely helped elevate the overall taste experience, compensating somewhat for the overly fried texture. Overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, the café remains a convenient and pleasant stop when you need a sunny break in a busy part of town.
06/02/2026: A great place to eat and drink in Paris, very close to Rue de Rivoli.
We had two very good Croque-Madames, with a full plate of fries and salad.
