Subway sur Douai

We go there regularly and have never been disappointed. The place is very nice and clean. The staff is smiling, friendly and laughs quite a bit with the customers. I highly recommend for a quick meal!

We are regular customers and this day (Friday) we were with family, when a person insisted on asking people to leave their places because there were 5 while his group was 7. Embarrassed people did not dare to say no and moved even though they had started to eat. I would like to thank the person in charge of the subway who kindly and calmly pointed out to this person that it would be better to reserve and that for people it was not possible to make them move. This person looked down on the employee and said that she was going to express her dissatisfaction to the management of Subway, hence my message It's the world upside down; don't change anything, you are right (even the subway manager) you are perfect, smiling, welcoming and dynamic and we will come back as a family to have the pleasure of being served by you and your team.
