The location (a little off-center compared to the Colombier slab) allows you to eat quietly, a little away from the Colombier slab. The welcome is courteous and smiling and the establishment is clean. Choice of bread and abundance of toppings allow you to create a personalized sandwich. For €11, a Sub15 menu, a self-made sandwich + 1 drink and a dessert.
