The Sub reception trays in a super good mix! This was a hit with the guests on the occasion of a multi birthday, and we had free cookies, thank you! However, we recommend some raw vegetables/salads/aperitifs to put on the table if it is for a party (in our case we had planned cakes afterwards) but 3 platters for 12 people are more than enough, we will say 2 at least.
Great welcome, perfectly made sandwiches, clean establishment. Pleasantly surprised! I recommend 100%. And thanks the young waitress for her work and her sympathy.

However, the person who collected the money from me did not take into account my customer account (which I scanned). So I didn't get the points even though I had paid for 3 menus. I find it really a shame to put this account system in place if it is not taken seriously on “large” orders. I hope I can get my points back. Looking forward to your return.

Some people shouldn't be in the business unfortunately, they don't apply student discounts when giving and serve the wrong desserts.

The staff at Subway in Hénin-Beaumont offers fast service, but sometimes friendliness can be lacking. Some employees are friendly and efficient, while others seem less engaged. This makes for a mixed experience, although the speed of service partially makes up for it. Improving the consistency of staff attitude would help make the experience more pleasant for customers.
