A wonderful experience celebrating my father-in-law's 80th birthday with family (there were 14 of us). I had booked and discussed the meal options in advance. The dishes were delicious and very fresh. A perfect experience for everyone!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and the menu appealed to us. We went in and weren't disappointed. For the €28.50 set menu (starter, main course, dessert), we had ricotta ravioli with parmesan cream, filet mignon with potatoes and Brussels sprouts, and for dessert, a strawberry sabayon gratin and a red fruit crumble tart. Everything was excellent and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable, and the large, vaulted dining room was decorated with antique objects. Credit cards were accepted, but only with the physical card as there was no contactless payment option. We highly recommend this restaurant; we had a very pleasant experience.

The food was very good and the prices very affordable, which is really appreciated. However, the service and welcome leave much to be desired. Upon arrival, we were asked to carefully review the menu before entering, with the impression that if we decided to sit down, there was no going back. Regarding payment, we overheard other customers being reminded that contactless payment was not possible, only physical bank cards or cash. This information is displayed at the entrance, but the sign is so small that it's easy to miss. Furthermore, the restaurant was full: there were about 16 or 17 of us, and some of the appetizers were already sold out. When other customers arrived, they were told that there was no more room or food available, with the added explanation that people were coming without reservations, which complicated the restaurant's management. While we can understand the organizational constraints, this type of comment isn't very pleasant to hear as a customer. A good place to eat at a reasonable price, but the customer experience could be warmer.

Excellent food, well-prepared dishes, fresh ingredients. The hot and cold asparagus was delicious! One small point: the portion of fish was a little small for a big eater. Highly recommended restaurant!
