A restaurant to recommend! I come there several times a year, and the quality is always there, a real treat. Whether it's California rolls, salmon tartare, coleslaw, skewers, nothing to complain about, quality products straight from the kitchen. My daughter loves the idea of ​​dishes passing by on a conveyor belt, everyone enjoys what they like! And the mango for dessert, excellent, we ate there this evening and I would definitely go back!

While passing through Carcassonne we stopped at this restaurant for one evening, I have never eaten such good and good quality fish. If you like Japanese gastronomy, go there without hesitation. A very beautiful restaurant, with magnificent decoration, from the entrance to the building to the toilets. The maintenance is impeccable, everything was perfectly cleaned. Regarding the food, we had no disappointments. We tried several dishes on the menu to discover some snacks. Very good surprise for the "crispy Maki" (be careful of the coriander for those who don't like it; taste the leaf first), and the shrimp tempuras were very delicious and arrived hot, just like the "Yakitori Negima (chicken) ", served at the ideal temperature. Everyone enjoyed it, and big surprise for the desserts: the ice creams are fantastic. Special mention for the black sesame and Montélimar nougat ice cream, as well as the “Daifuku”, rice paste stuffed with red beans, which are excellent. The only small problem during our meal was the waiter, who was a little distracted. Despite the fact that the staff were lovely, they brought us sweet and sour sauce instead of the sweet sauce we requested. He also forgot to order a dish, as well as a few small details, but it didn't ruin our meal. Another small note: there is no fixed ashtray or small trash can outside, which is annoying when smoking.
