Very good, good products, there is a choice, you can compose your own or take existing dishes. The space and the dessert layout. Service a little long and therefore difficult and annoying queue in the cramped place, the trays do not fit on the tables for a group of 6 people and no more space to clear.

08/12/2024: Delicious Ramen and Japanese specialties to enjoy on site or to take away. The flavors are particularly subtle and harmonious!
13/11/2024: I had the soy sauce ramen. It had a very mild taste. It had a lot of toppings (especially the chashu), so I was full even without any toppings. Next time I would like to try other ramen and rice bowls.

05/12/2025: Classic sushi restaurant. Friendly, traditional and functional service.
15/10/2025: We're regular customers in the neighborhood, and this restaurant is one of our favorites! Personalized service, delicious skewers, soups, and rice dishes... In short: the quality is much better than the average Japanese restaurant in Paris! The price/quality ratio is excellent :) Bravo to the entire Saitama team!!!
