You can immediately tell that everything is prepared fresh – you can taste the quality in every bite. The restaurant itself is very nicely and comfortably furnished. The concept is a charming mix: you order at the counter, but the freshly prepared food is then brought to your table. The wide range of options for locals and tourists is particularly convenient: in addition to dine-in service, there's a great takeaway service as well as pre-packaged sushi boxes available directly from the counter.
