I've eaten here several times, both in and out. The sushi is carefully prepared and beautifully presented, both on the plates and in the takeout boxes. The table service is a little slow, but the waitresses are very dedicated.

Hello everyone. I'm a regular at this restaurant. A true Japanese restaurant with a chef and an exceptional welcome. We celebrated our wedding anniversary, and by asking the chef a little beforehand, we were pampered like you've never been before. What a delicious Japanese specialty, both sweet and flavorful. Go there; I'll definitely be back.

An exceptional experience! The sushi was simply incredible: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Every bite revealed the quality of the ingredients and the chef's expertise. Right up to dessert, you won't be disappointed. The service was warm and attentive. This is without a doubt one of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever tried. I will definitely return!

Excellent Japanese cuisine: the fresh produce, the chef's remarkable touch and the few non-traditional dishes that combine French local produce and Japanese cuisine make this restaurant a real success. And what's more, an excellent Japanese whisky menu tops it all off! Finally, the quality/price ratio is remarkable.

08/12/2025: This hotel is well located: close to the activities Saumur has to offer, yet peaceful. Magnificent view of the town and its castle. The welcome was impeccable and pleasant. A true focus on customer service. The room we booked was perfect. The decor could use a refresh, as the gray, black, and red tones lack vibrancy. The breakfast is very generous and complete. The homemade pudding is amazing!
03/12/2025: Super spacious room with plenty of room to move around, even with a crib. Great view of Saumur Castle from the terrace! Very welcoming receptionist and a very good breakfast! Thank you ☺️
