Hello team, I wanted to share my experience from this past Sunday. My son and I come for brunch every month, and after being a little disappointed by the cold dishes the previous time, we decided to try again yesterday. Unfortunately, two things marred the experience: The reservation: Despite confirmation by phone and online, our table was no longer available when we arrived ("first come, first served," we were told). It's a shame when you take the time to plan ahead. The temperature of the food: For the second time in a row, the entire order arrived cold (chorizo ​​cake, brick pastry, galette). I followed your advice and reported it immediately this time, but the kitchen's explanation that the brioche "couldn't possibly be cold" was rather clumsy, as the rest of the plate definitely was. We really enjoyed your establishment and plan to return next month as we don't want to end on a negative note. I sincerely hope we'll find the same 5/5 service we had when we first arrived! Fantastic brunch! The waitresses were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious and perfectly balanced. Highly recommended!

Mixed experience. Very noisy place, and the hot drinks were basic compared to other establishments of the same type in the city. Plant-based drinks (oat milk) were available but at an extra cost, and they weren't barista-prepared, which unfortunately meant they couldn't make a proper latte. The hot chocolate was also very basic. On the other hand, the decor was nice, and there were a few books and games available. However, we were rushed out to make room for other people. We were with our two children, and we had to quickly get them dressed to make room for others. In short, disappointed. Not really kid-friendly as the reviews suggested. Perhaps we were just unlucky.

The entrance table definitely needs to be moved as it's currently in a drafty spot... But aside from that, the welcome was perfect, as was the service, not to mention the friendliness. The food is excellent.

I'm very disappointed that I couldn't buy a carrot cake to take away. I find it delicious and I was looking forward to enjoying it at home. But unfortunately, due to a negative review, it's no longer available for takeaway. I can understand that you take the time to inform customers that you can't guarantee the cake's appearance after transport, but refusing to sell it and thus penalizing fans of your pastries is truly a shame. 😢

I recommend this tea room with its delicious cakes! I especially loved the cookies and the carrot cake ☺️
