We came during Christmas week and Will gave us a warm and welcoming reception; thank you to him and his team. We wish him many successful seasons in Pralognan la Vanoise.

Excellent hotel. Very well located, very clean. Comfortable and clean room. Exceptional reception and restaurant staff. I highly recommend it.

The rooms are decent and fairly clean, but after four days we had to request housekeeping and fresh towels. Breakfast is very repetitive: the same omelet, the same beans, the same sausages every morning. No vegetables. Instead, mostly pies and sweets—no croissants or pain au chocolat. The coffee is filter coffee, and you have to pay extra for "real" coffee. After three days, we decided to go into town. Positive points: less than 1 km from the cable car and courteous service.

Thank you for this excellent culinary experience. Congratulations to the chef for his generous, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes, as well as his delicious homemade rillettes. Thank you also for the friendly and attentive service. We highly recommend it! The Ardèche team!

Magnificent setting, comfortable chalets and snow everywhere: a truly blissful moment surrounded by nature.

The only problem is the noise from the neighboring rooms. You can really hear everything.

Incredible location in the mountains! Very comfortable hotel, spotless rooms with spacious bathrooms, and hearty breakfasts. The restaurant offers very original dishes. Prices are appropriate for the area.
