Excellent sandwiches, we thoroughly enjoyed them.

Amazing pain au chocolat and ficelle(slightly cold but tastes superb)! The cappuccini are also surprisingly good in taste :) Would strongly recommend.

A great place for open-faced sandwiches in Dijon. The bread is very good and there's a wide variety. The chocolate croissants are amazing!

The breakfast option is excellent and the saleswoman was very pleasant.

A regular customer since moving to Dijon in 2021, after trying various bakeries in the city center: 2 strong points: the welcome and the quality of the products. The staff may change, but the welcome and quality remain. 1. Welcome: kindness and friendliness, consideration of customer requests: understood and consistently respected (orders always matched requests) in terms of both quality and timing. One small issue on December 24, 2025, was immediately resolved with a home delivery within half an hour of the call (10 mini pastries). The same experience occurred on December 24th with another downtown supplier for a larger order (no solution, unreachable, and difficult to resolve until mid-January). 2. Very wide mini selection available, with the option to buy individual items, diversified to meet specific needs such as intolerances, allergies, vegan and vegetarian options, etc. 3. Excellent gougères and mini gougères with Comté cheese: perfect baking, size, always fresh daily. 4. Flavorful breads: airy crumb, well-proportioned crusts, and just the right consistency: excellent white breads, including the excellent ficelles, and the same goes for specialty breads: Nordic, Equality, etc. 5. Refreshed, easily digestible, varied, balanced portions, quantities, and just the right size; vegetables offered, individual purchases possible. Environment: made on-site (no transportation), portions minimized, fat and sugar used only as needed, homemade sauces

I quickly picked up some bread and something sweet for the road and found exactly what I needed at this lovely boulangerie. I bought some good bread and a very tasty pan au chocolat 😋. The price was perfectly reasonable, and the display case looked very tempting. The location is very central, right next to Notre Dame Cathedral.
