Passing through Nantes: a truly wonderful discovery. Everything was excellent, from start to finish. The cuisine is traditional, authentic, unpretentious yet perfectly executed. The ingredients are showcased beautifully, and the dishes definitely make you want to return. The owner is particularly friendly and attentive, striking the perfect balance between presence and discretion, respecting his guests' privacy. Special mention also goes to his wine recommendations, which were insightful and perfectly complemented the dishes. The meal cost approximately €50 per person, which included a set menu of starter, main course, dessert, and wine. A welcoming place that I wholeheartedly recommend.

Good food, tasty dishes, and a great neighborhood atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service was very slow: we arrived at 8 pm and left at 11 pm. The wine list was extensive, and the bill was quite expensive. If you order a starter, main course, and dessert with wine, expect to pay €60-70 per person.

In my opinion, this is the best bistro in Nantes. The food is traditional, delicious, and perfectly cooked. The selection is varied and simple. The owner, Laurent, is very kind and passionate. The wine selection is excellent. 5 STARS!
