12/12/2025: Review of the shop only: superb selection of quality coffees, I've become a regular customer. The quality and taste of the chocolate are truly top-notch 👍 Finally, real chocolate! I especially love the Espresso coffee bar and the dark chocolate/ginger bar ❤️ Bonus: they sometimes have promotions on products nearing their expiration date 👍

30/11/2025: I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the café Shoukâ in Galeries Lafayette, Annecy, France. This café is truly a gem for anyone who loves specialty coffee, and cacao. I tried the 85% hot chocolate with two added espresso shots, and it was absolutely delicious — rich, intense, and perfectly balanced. We also had the cheesecake, which was excellent: a high-quality, creamy filling and a nicely crisp crust. One of the best I’ve had in a while. The place is very popular, so finding a table isn’t always guaranteed, but it’s definitely worth waiting a bit. It makes for a perfect break in the middle of a shopping session in the mall, thanks to the outstanding quality of both drinks and pastries. Highly recommended for chocolate and coffee lovers.
