There were 3 of us, we tried 3 different dishes and 3 different desserts and we were all unanimous: it was excellent, original, full of flavors, we all enjoyed it.
The setting is intimate, calm, we had a great time.
The chef does everything himself, reservations, reception, taking orders, cooking, service, top organization and super-controlled management... All with a smile! Congratulations, go there with your eyes closed 👍

We shared main courses because it was hard to choose just one with so delicious options. Sautéed and grilled fennel with black rice was one of the highlights along with the Sauvignon Blanc. The tasty bread kept coming - no need to ask. Worth the price!

A lovely dinner in a small restaurant, cooked and served single handed by the chef patron. There were plenty of vegetables, not always the case in France, and all seasonal. We also enjoyed our aperitifs and wine.

We went there a little late, without a reservation… and yet, a great welcome! The chef receives us himself: he does everything, the cooking, the service, including the smile. A somewhat unusual guy, but frankly very nice.
I'm vegan, and almost all of his dishes have a vegetable base to which you can add meat or fish. Honestly, I have rarely eaten so well. There is taste, finesse, dishes that appear simple but are in reality well crafted and full of flavor.
If he adds a 100% plant-based dessert, I'll make him a direct statue for the complete vegan menu!
In short, an intimate, warm and really good address. Go there with your eyes closed.
And to the cook: keep it up, well done!

This restaurant offers unusual cuisine. The vegetable is the star of the plate, cooked to perfection and deliciously seasoned, with the possibility of adding animal proteins. For vegetarians or fans of original, tasty and friendly cuisine, this address is a must! The wine list is also very comprehensive. A real favorite!

Always very well received at Thyme et Romarin. Excellent plant-based cuisine with the possibility of adding animal proteins, the wine list is renewed regularly. One of the best restaurants in Montpellier.

Small establishment run by the chef, all alone in the kitchen; You will feel at home, but with dishes prepared with extreme care and delicacy. Those who like vegetables of all kinds prepared to reveal tastes and textures will appreciate it. Meat and fish are also on the menu but come for the vegetables first… and the desserts! In short, I really liked it, thanks to the chef!
