Young place run by young guys but with defined and orderly roles. Everyone gave the exact impression of knowing what to do and what they were doing. Galette with beautiful mise-en-place and very balanced. Hamburger with meat that I tried undercooked (blue) and the flavor is truly that of meat. Here too the ingredients are balanced. I drank a craft IPA and I don't agree with the price, nor the product. Overall, it's really worth it.
