⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A true delight from start to finish! We arrived at the restaurant around 7:30 pm, a party of three, and were immediately greeted with a smile. The menu is varied and showcases beautiful local products—that evening, they even had perch fillets from Lake Geneva! For starters, we ordered the perfect egg, a venison terrine, and the snails with mushrooms: everything was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and in just the right portions. For our main courses, the perch fillets in cream sauce were excellent, completely boneless, with a smooth and flavorful sauce. The wild boar, tender and flavorful, accompanied by perfectly cooked confit vegetables, was equally successful. For dessert, the apple trompe-l'œil brought the meal to a beautiful close—as beautiful as it was delicious! Everything was perfect, from the service to the quality of the food. The value for money is very good: around €160 for three people. We hadn't been back for several years, but it's a real pleasure to see that the excellence is still there. No complaints whatsoever, we'll definitely be back! 🍽️👏

As usual, we had a great time. The menu is frequently updated, the local produce is excellent, the wine list is interesting, and the value for money is very good.

Perfect. This restaurant is attentive to customer well-being and satisfaction. We had specific needs, and by booking in advance, they made every effort to accommodate them. Despite booking late, we were delighted. The culinary discoveries were very interesting and delicious, including the small accompanying soufflé and the Reblochon cheese pastries... among other things.

The meal was very good, well served by the attentive and friendly young man; compared to the two older gentlemen, a hint of a smile from them wouldn't have hurt...
