08/02/2026: I booked a table at Ciasa Mia on The Fork to celebrate my partner's birthday. From the ambiance to the service and the food, everything was perfect. It's a calm and intimate restaurant, ideal for a romantic evening. The restaurant itself is warmly decorated. The service is attentive and quick without being rushed. We opted for the tasting menu and wine pairing, which I highly recommend. Each dish was a discovery and a surprise, and you could feel the passion in every explanation. I was worried we'd still be hungry after the meal, but I was completely wrong; I was surprised by the number of dishes we were able to try. The couple even brought dessert with a birthday candle for my partner, as my message on The Fork specified the occasion for the reservation. I didn't even need to remind them. It's these kinds of little details that illustrate the care this couple puts into everything they do. All this to say that we had a wonderful evening! Thank you, it was delicious.
