Nice place, clean and well-maintained. However, the service is slow; they are understaffed. There were two overwhelmed waitresses running around everywhere.

Before leaving, we had breakfast on the terrace with our dog. Everything was perfect. A very good variety. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to include lactose-free milk (especially for the cappuccino) and more gluten-free products (we had a delicious muffin) on their menu 🤩. Parking is easy; there's a car park across the street. The terrace is set back from the street, and the service was quick. A truly enriching culinary discovery.

Very nice shop, fantastic work by the bakers themselves behind the window.
The saleswoman was not very friendly; furthermore, we had already eaten tastier products in Troyes (Bakery Gérard). Even though this one was the most expensive.

I really appreciate this artisanal bakery.
The bread is excellent.
The cream puffs are delicious.
A special mention for the number cakes with their floral decorations, which are a feast for the eyes and the taste buds!

A quick stop at Tonton's before heading to Cube. Generous salads, original quiches, and amazing desserts. Fresh, flavorful ingredients, all homemade. Smiling waitresses, a nice decor, all in a converted garage. Tonton is super friendly, in short, a great, relaxing time. Go without hesitation, it's a fantastic place. 🍾
