All ten of us were thrilled with this experience. We had a wonderful time, enjoying ourselves immensely thanks to Michel, who was incredibly professional, attentive, and generous, while also having a great sense of humor. Both dishes were a huge hit, and my friends specifically asked me to get the recipes from you—they were absolutely delicious! (Thank you for anticipating my request...). We were all very interested in the tips and advice Michel shared. Furthermore, holding this workshop in such a beautiful setting as the Château d'Azay-le-Rideau on a glorious sunny day only added to the sensory pleasure of the experience: we felt like we were living a truly magical moment. The château, with its unique staircase, is perfectly reflected in the Indre River, and its overall harmony was further enhanced by the splendid exhibition "Delicacies in the Kingdom of Fairytales." You might have thought I was being a bit over the top, but the experience exceeded all my expectations! Thank you so much, Caroline, for listening to my request and for all the effort you put into making it happen (I'm so sorry for bothering you so much!). I want you to know that we truly enjoyed this experience and it will remain an unforgettable memory for me. Congratulations on the perfect organization and your professionalism. We had a very positive experience with the Tours à Table team, who provided a fun and engaging activity as part of a seminar with our clients. Combining olfactory games, riddles, and a tasting of Touraine wines, the event was a great success. Highly recommended!

Lebanese cuisine with Chef Alexandre. A convivial moment shared with friends. Alexandre is an extremely good teacher and readily shares his culinary secrets. It was very good and very tasty.
