Trinquet Maïtena sur Saint-Jean-De-Luz

26/08/2024: A fan of Paries pastries, I have been very disappointed for several months. The cause, the discontinuation of raspberry feuillantine and hazelnut twist. Beyond their taste qualities, these pastries had originality. From now on, the pastry chef has refocused on a few classics: pain au choc, croissant, cookie, apple turnover which, for my part, make me much less dreamy to accompany my little coffee from Deuza. What should Mr. Pastry Chef do to bring these wonders back? SIGN: A slightly sad foodie 😥

20/08/2024: An unmissable place, each time we visit the Basque country, excellent Basque cakes, never disappointed.... Served by a very pleasant young man, we will return before the end of the vacation.
