A delightful lunch break at Cousbox with a royal vegetarian couscous with falafel, egg brioche… excellent. With a glass of mint tea, it's perfect. The service was a little slow, but kudos to the cook who was single-handedly managing all the orders in the kitchen.

Many improvements are needed to the dining experience at this restaurant, which feels more like an impersonal chain than a welcoming place. From the moment we arrived, there was no greeting in return: we were observed from a distance, as if our presence was a nuisance. Ordering is done exclusively via kiosks, with numerous steps, particularly for declining extras, which makes the experience unpleasant. The dishes are decent, but nothing special, and served lukewarm rather than hot. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is cold: the staff seems unfriendly, unsmiling, and inattentive to customers. There is clearly a lack of a human touch and warmth. Without this, I probably wouldn't have left a review. When we did take the time to say "thank you very much, goodbye, have a good day," the reaction was surprising, almost embarrassed, and the goodbye we received seemed forced. An effort to improve the welcome and customer service would be truly appreciated. At present, one leaves with the impression of being a nuisance, and above all with the desire to leave the premises as quickly as possible.

Great,quick and tasty northern African cuisine. Easy to order. Food brought hot to your table. Couscous amazing. If you vist the Lyon Beaux Art Museum make sure to stop by.

Passing through Lyon, I stumbled upon Cousbox. In the window, I saw the gazelle horns winking at me. I stopped, and I was glad I did!!! White, Plain, and Vanilla gazelle horns, pure bliss 🥰 They're delicious, and the welcome is friendly. Take a break at CousBox; your taste buds will thank you 😊
