Place is small and cozy and a bit brightly lit. The staff was extremely friendly and it seemed to be a family business. On the wall are references to a winery they own with Knight Templar roots. You will see references to that on the walls of the restaurant.
The menu doesn’t seem too French in the typical sense and more Italian fare. They primarily use black truffles from the french region. They used an abundance of truffles on whatever your ordered. It was quite good, and as I said, before, the service was outstanding. The polenta stood out as being very delicious.

after a big disappointment at the truffle house (madeleine) we tried the truffle artisan which was "good" but frankly: perfect. The room is small but not too noisy, the service attentive and generous and the cuisine...simple but perfectly delicious. You really have the taste of truffle from start to finish...without it being drowned in fat. special mention for the scoop of truffle ice cream. well done and thank you we will come back.

The best restaurant in every way!
From the kitchen to the welcome, everything is perfect. A feeling of being far from Paris, tasting the best truffles with the best explanations around them!
Go there with your eyes closed and let yourself be guided by these delicious smells and also by the warm welcome that reigns there.

Really a great restaurant, very high quality. The managers' explanations about the estate, the provenance and the history, whether of the truffle, the wine or the restaurant, are really a big plus. I highly recommend !
