A warm and friendly welcome. A small menu, but something for everyone. A good wine list. Delicious and generous cuisine from appetizer to dessert. Reasonable prices. Top-notch. An address to remember.

Fantastic value for money. The menu is rather limited, but features very tasty, balanced dishes. All the different dishes we ate were delicious. My daughter had the mackerel as a starter. We had the beef fillet with thyme and the poultry ballotine with morels as main courses. For dessert, we had the crème brûlée, the millefeuille, and the chocolate mousse. Cold tap water is included for free. My husband had a nice glass of red wine (something with Fleur de Syrahne) and I had a delicious bottle of Ginger Beer. After dessert, we also had a tasty espresso macchiato (café noisette). All together for barely €40 per person (so including drinks). If we are ever in Grenoble again, we would love to go back!

We arrived for dinner on a Tuesday evening with a rather late reservation at 8:45 pm, and despite this, we were still seated, which was very much appreciated. The meal was generally good. The meat was cooked perfectly, the jus was delicious, and the seasonings were well-balanced. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The service was quite slow, even very slow at times. The foie gras appetizer seemed to have spent a considerable amount of time in the kitchen as it melted considerably. The egg and the pea and mint velouté were good, although personally, I would have preferred it served cold. For the main course, the pan-fried vegetables unfortunately tasted frozen, which is a shame because the seasoning was otherwise excellent. The potato puff pastry, on the other hand, was very good, with a lovely texture, but we found several pieces of plastic wrap inside. I wasn't the only one at the table who noticed this, which is truly regrettable for an establishment of this caliber. The dining room was also very hot that evening, due to the heatwave. Air conditioning or a few fans would be a real plus to improve customer comfort. We did, however, appreciate the gesture of offering complimentary after-dinner drinks with the bill. Despite these drawbacks, we had a pleasant time and will gladly return to rediscover this place. It has real potential and some excellent food.

Excellent and very tasty, especially considering the price.

The food was excellent, no complaints there! However, the service needs improvement. It's unacceptable to serve the white wine we ordered with our meal before the aperitif (especially when it's so hot) and to forget to order a starter when we had specifically requested a three-course meal. One of us ended up eating our starter after everyone else… No apology was given, just a dismissive "it happens to everyone."

Honestly, I'd like to ask the chef for permission. The food was excellent, but the service was incredibly disrespectful and arrogant. They have two servers. The younger one was nice, but the other server, or perhaps the owner, came to take our order. Despite the noise from other diners, the air conditioning, and the fan, the server had trouble hearing us speak. He remained standing, never bending down even slightly to hear us better, throughout the entire ordering process. We asked for an appetizer, and he couldn't hear us. We asked for a drink, and it was the same story: he didn't understand. He asked again, still standing straight as a tree, without bending down. What mediocre service! A bad impression from the start. While we were waiting for our food, the same server sneezed twice right in front of the kitchen without covering his mouth and went to get the food directly. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ This experience deserves 5 stars, but despite this disrespectful and questionable service, I'm only giving it 3. stars We would like to return next time because the food was delicious and excellent, but not to experience the same mediocre service.

The starter was good and the main courses were tasty, with beautiful presentation. However, the welcome and service were somewhat lacking.
