Very good experience. We had carbonara pasta and salmon pasta. Delicious dishes that you can personalize by choosing your type of pasta, removing or adding ingredients. The room is very pleasant. I highly recommend.

23/03/2024: Very good dishes like asparagus or lamb chops but the others were quite disappointing. Furthermore, the quality-price ratio is not optimal.

05/04/2024: Visiting Maxime's in Paris is like stepping into a classic painting, though the prices might make you think you're funding a new wing of the Louvre. It's a place where one half expects Toulouse-Lautrec to critique the cost of dining with his characteristic wit. Yet, the wine list is a delightful journey through vineyards that almost justifies the bill.
