We can only recommend coming to Vidal's to have a great evening. Whether it's our meal with a menu for 60 euros, the availability and smile of the staff, the very pleasant and quiet room. We must also highlight the investment "two young people" who must be in a hotel high school. We come from the Var and the menu that we chose, in terms of its quality and price, has nothing to envy of a starred restaurant that we have in the south.

Very disappointed by the main course, that is to say monkfish "drowned" in a so-called "stuffy" accompaniment, a dish that was much too salty, no vegetables, no presentation.

As always delicious dishes! On the other hand, we were invited by friends and I wanted to make a reservation at the bistro but apparently I was wrong, no problem for the team who adapted to us, it was very professional. The pumpkin velouté enchanted us as did the sea bream and candied eggplant. We will come back.

Course on pâté en croute was great, I'm not telling you that I will do it at home but the course was nice, friendly, good atmosphere, informative. And dinner with the people registered for the course, very pleasant and unexpected Thank you Aurélien and your entire team for this beautiful afternoon and evening. Great meal

Excellent gourmet restaurant which is well worth the detour. The service is perfect and the welcome is friendly (they bend over backwards to find you a table even without reservation) Although the price may seem high, rest assured you are getting value for your money.

le service et les plats étaient moyens. la lotte sèche et le poulet pas assez cuit la serveuse nous a proposé "l'apéro" heureusement le dessert et le pré-dessert étaient délicieux

20/08/2024: A chef who perfectly masters his art, delicious cuisine for moderate appetites. After several visits, I have never been disappointed.
09/08/2024: Pea gazpacho with prawns as a starter and ash and carrot puree as main courses. All completely correct and a very good recommendation for white wine with an excellent viognier. Very friendly and efficient waitress. Fast service!

02/09/2024: Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cette Hôtel 1 étoile ou nous avons été bien reçu et pris en charge. Les chambres sont convenable et propre, il y a tout dedans et la literie est bonne. Nous avons pris un repas du soir ou nous avons bien mangé, simple, bon et en quantité. Le petit Dèj et lui aussi très bien je recommande fortement aux personnes qui recherche un hôtel authentique dans la région de St Julien Chapteuil.
12/08/2024: J'ai déjeuné récemment dans cette auberge avec une amie, nous avons pris le menu du jour à 16.50€. Tout était cuisiné maison avec des produits frais. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je ne comprends pas trop les avis négatifs sur ce restaurant. Evidemment, on n'est pas dans un lieu avec une décoration bling bling moderne uniformisée, mais l'endroit est authentique, bien tenu. Et, de plus, l'accueil est sympa!
