Refined cuisine, warm welcome, good advice, quality products, the setting is magnificent, we feel good there, we really enjoyed this moment. Restaurant worth the detour.

We spent a pleasant time on the terrace of Villa Vauban. The dishes we chose were very good. (Perfect egg, andouillette snails as starter.) (Foie gras burger) Lots of people today, certainly why we waited 45' for our dish However, pleasant and smiling staff.

Nice restaurant that is up scale but not stuffy. Our food was great in all courses, and the wine suggestions paired nicely. From other reviews, it seems the menu changes with the sessions.

Very good gourmet restaurant with a warm welcome and a friendly exchange with, I think, the owner. A cuisine of fresh and very gourmet products at a very reasonable price. We have a good time there, just a stone's throw from the Palace and its square. Go there without hesitation.

We ate foie gras: the level of Soviet duck pate. The price is not Soviet. We ate the duck: if you don’t fry it until it’s softer, you still can’t fix the tough raw material with an unprofessional marinade. Desserts are at a decent level.

Wat een ontdekking. Zeer lekkere gerechtjes en een prima bediening. Je fles wijn kies je uit de uitstekende cave naast de deur en je betaalt bovenop de winkelprijs van de wijn enkel een ‘stopgeld’. Absolute aanrader!

Very welcoming staff Very nice choice of menus. The dishes were good and well presented. Small downside, the knives are not suitable for cutting meat (I had duck)

En visitant Dijon, nous avons découvert ce restaurant. Terrasse mais aussi belle salle joliment décorée avec une climatisation légère bien agréable dans ce moment de canicule. Nous avons pris le menu entrée, plat, dessert à 40€. Entrées œuf parfait sauce crème et girolles et ceviche. Plat bar rôti petits légumes et truffes blanches. Desserts au même niveau. Tout était excellent. Un repas parfait.

25/06/2025: The food is wonderful, original and gastronomic. The place is small, simple and clean. The lady in service is very kind, happy and very competent. Although the waiting times for dishes in France differ from other countries e.g. in Greece, America etc., here one more person is definitely needed in the kitchen to help the excellent chef prepare the dishes faster. Finally, on hot days the ventilation is not enough, and an air condition would help the atmosphere.
11/06/2025: We were wandering around Dijon by chance when a delicious smell stopped us dead in our tracks in front of So Restaurant. We looked at each other and said: we absolutely have to go there. As a result, we booked a table for the next day—and we were right to do so. The cuisine is simply extraordinary: a refined French base, enhanced by perfectly balanced Japanese touches. Each dish is a true discovery. A memorable culinary experience. Not to be missed!

09/07/2025: After eating at Kent several times, it's time to form an opinion. The ideally located establishment offers an affordable menu, highlighting fresh, local produce (the manager often talks about the producers he sources from). The dishes are good and generous. The atmosphere is pleasant. You almost feel at home, the welcome is so warm. We must persevere in this direction, by offering dishes with an ever more unbeatable quality/price ratio in the future, on this Place des Halles, which has suffered for too long from bad addresses where the customer is misled. Finally, a small place that, without paying lip service, knows how to cause pleasant surprises.
25/06/2025: Excellent, friendly, the chef is great, the dishes are delicious! Bravo
