We settled in comfortably within the stone walls, by the fireplace, with a bay window overlooking the kitchen; we felt like part of the family. The dishes were refined, and the trout, which finished cooking at the table, sizzling on its pebble from Bresse, was simply divine!

Everything was perfect: refined cuisine, high-quality ingredients, and dishes as beautiful as they were delicious. Each dish is prepared with great care, and the flavor combinations are truly masterful. The service is also impeccable; the staff is welcoming, pleasant, and attentive, yet remains natural and warm. The atmosphere is very pleasant, allowing you to fully enjoy your meal. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful experience enjoying excellent cuisine.

14/09/2026: Very good meal. Excellent service. Drinks: the prices are very high: glass of wine: €13, coffee: €4.80, aperitif: €12... TOO EXPENSIVE....
02/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery on the culinary front: seasonal produce, expertly prepared, beautifully presented dishes, and impeccable execution. No complaints there; we had a fantastic meal. However, I was very disappointed with the non-alcoholic pairing. Serving a white Uby, then a rosé Uby, and finally a red Uby in succession seemed far below the standard of the cuisine and the overall experience. Today, more and more people enjoy fine dining without necessarily drinking alcohol, and there are countless possibilities for creating truly exceptional pairings: infusions, fermented beverages, sparkling wines, plant syrups, oils, expertly crafted juices… I've tasted absolutely stunning non-alcoholic pairings in other restaurants. This is definitely the biggest area for improvement in my opinion, because with cuisine of this caliber, the non-alcoholic pairing deserves to be much more refined. Sorry for the lower average rating, but pairings are truly important to me in restaurants.
