The waffles are really good. The Liège waffle is perfectly cooked and lightly caramelized—a real treat. The service is quick and friendly. The waitress with glasses who served us was very nice! Thank you.

Very good experience Everything is clean and pleasant The staff is attentive and meticulous We can even see the kitchen which is reassuring Nothing is missing: everything is tidy the bins are clean the tables too. It is possible to sit quietly with your tray. The legs are fresh and prepared on site, you can also see them directly.

24/01/2026: A great brasserie that I highly recommend! I went there with some friends and my dog, everything was perfect, we ate very, very well and the service was impeccable.
12/12/2025: We came as a family during the Festival of Lights... a very warm welcome despite our late arrival at the restaurant! Very pleasant service! Excellent food! Highly recommended!!!

25/12/2025: We had a fantastic experience at Istanbul 3 this evening. We had a reservation for a large group, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and very organised, which made dining as a big group stress-free. The food was delicious, fresh, and generously portioned, and everyone in our group really enjoyed their meal. A great atmosphere and excellent service — we would definitely recommend Istanbul 3 and would happily return when we’re in Lyon again.
02/12/2025: Excellent soup, especially welcome in this cold weather! Thank you to the owner for his kindness and personal service. We enjoyed our meal very well, and the tea was delicious. Perfect service! Good price! A place to remember.
