Had an amazing evening with 4 courses. The taste was on point, steak tartare was made at the table, which I liked very much. Wine advise was also good for the meals I ordered. Professional vibes, but not too strict and “boring”. Cheese was too much, could have made the portions smaller. Dessert was okay, but underwhelming compared to the rest of the food and wine. Had an amazing evening, would recommend.

We received a warm welcome and enjoyed our meal. The staff was friendly and professional, and the restaurant is attractively and tastefully decorated. We had slightly higher expectations for the prices of the dishes.

I absolutely loved Why Not. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you immediately feel at ease. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and generous, with perfectly balanced flavors. The service is attentive, friendly, and efficient, making the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent value for money. A place I'll definitely keep in mind and return to without hesitation.

In the heart of Champagne, this restaurant combines refined cuisine with an exceptional wine list. The dishes are creative, elegant, and expertly prepared.
The wine and Champagne list is one of its strong points. The service is somewhat lacking, but courteous and professional, and the elegant and intimate atmosphere is ideal for a special dinner.
In short: a gourmet experience to remember.

Excellent restaurant! The food was very tasty (we had the lamb and salmon) and the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try the wines as we had three tastings scheduled right after. The service was a tad slow (just a little), but that was probably because there was an unusually large table of 20 people who arrived just before us. I highly recommend it!

Excellent! The steak tartare is prepared and seasoned right in front of you. The rack of lamb is served with a very flavorful herb crust and a delicious jus. A real treat! The dining room is lovely and the service is pleasant.
