A bit by chance, on a Monday evening when many restaurants are closed. We took so-called “curious” menus where each dish (starter - main course - dessert) is a surprise. The whole thing was really of a very, very good level, with the added joy of surprise. An excellent chef, a smile to boot, a great time discovering this “small” restaurant in Roanne.

26/03/2024: Simply great hotel with welcoming staff and a very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and offer super comfort with a cozy atmosphere ensuring peaceful sleep. The breakfast is impeccable: varied, fresh and delicious, a real pleasure. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and exceptional comfort.
22/03/2024: Warm welcome, this is becoming rare! A very good team, the cleanliness of the room is impeccable! a very good sweet and savory breakfast, easy to access, the evening meal very good, but a bit lacking in choice. We will come back without hesitation! Well done team!
